Take Service Technicians' parts orders and fulfill them accurately and efficiently.
Assist Service Technicians in determining parts and accessory requirements for individual repair orders.
Identify and recommend related parts that may be required to complete repairs.
Prepare and update outstanding customer parts requests and work orders.
Verify correct part numbers on repair orders and ensure accurate parts posting.
Pre-stage parts for upcoming sales and service repair orders.
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
Maintain inventory organization and stock accuracy.
Ensure the parts and receiving areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
Perform other duties as assigned
Previous experience in shipping/receiving, inventory management, automotive parts, or a related field.
Knowledge of automotive service operations and vehicle components, or the ability to quickly learn.
Experience using computerized inventory management or point-of-sale systems.
Ability to accurately identify automotive parts and accessories using manufacturer catalogs and electronic lookup systems.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is considered an asset.
