Position: Fine Dining Server
Job Responsibilities:
- Seamless and Unobtrusive Service: Provide attentive yet discreet service, anticipating guests' needs to enhance their dining experience.
- Culinary Knowledge: Recommend menu items, wine pairings, and daily specials with confidence, adding value to our guests' dining experience.
- Efficient Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Exceptional Communication: Engage with guests in a knowledgeable and courteous manner, addressing inquiries and special requests promptly.
- Order Accuracy: Take precise food and beverage orders, process payments accurately, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Fine Dining Experience: Previous experience in upscale or fine dining settings is preferred.
- Personal Grooming: A well-groomed appearance reflecting our restaurant's professional standards.
- Italian Cuisine Knowledge: Familiarity with Italian cuisine, wines, and spirits.
- Service Excellence: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering knowledgeable and discreet service.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Smart Serve Certification: Preferred, but not mandatory.
