We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Spa Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping clients choose beauty and wellness packages that fit their needs.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, guiding them through our services, memberships, and packages while creating a warm and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Educate clients on spa services, beauty treatments, and package options
- Recommend and sell beauty packages, memberships, and promotions
- Answer questions in person, by phone, and via messages
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and sales area
- Work closely with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience (spa, beauty, or retail is a plus but not required)
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Comfortable recommending services and packages
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Weekend availability is required
