B.E Larkin Equipment is a family run Kubota Dealership in Gormley On. We are currently looking for a Diesel Mechanic to join our team. We service everything from lawnmowers to tractors, to construction equipment. B.E Larkin offers a competitive benefit package, occasional overtime, and company events. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in diesel equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify faulty components and ensure operational efficiency
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs
- Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble heavy equipment components
- Weld and fabricate parts as needed
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and cranes as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5years experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
- Proficiency in maintaining diesel engines and vehicles
- Ability to weld, fabricate, and assemble heavy equipment components
- Familiarity with electrical systems in diesel machinery
- Knowledge of farm machinery and automotive repair is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
