Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and maintaining safety standards within the facility. Duties
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce quality products efficiently.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to assist with machine setup and adjustments.
- Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to move raw materials and finished goods safely within the facility.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and collaborate with maintenance teams for repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Document production data accurately and report any irregularities or malfunctions promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, forklift operation, and warehouse procedures will be considered an asset.
- Experience working with manufacturing or industrial equipment is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for qualified candidates committed to learning.
This position requires a proactive approach, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess relevant experience with manufacturing processes and equipment operation to succeed in this role.
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
