*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team. Specifically, we need a therapist to work two to three Saturdays a month (4 to 6 hours) plus Fridays and options for more hours Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you are passionate about helping people improve their well-being through massage therapy, we want to hear from you. You must have the minimum 2200 hours of training to meet insurance requirements in Alberta. We are a professional and friendly office looking for a like minded person.
We offer a very competitive rate of pay based on a percentage of hours worked.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide professional and customized massage therapy treatments to clients
- Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality, and function
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. We use Jane software for electronic charting.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a positive experience
- Uphold the highest standard of professionalism and customer service
*Experience*
- Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,500.00-$5,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
