Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and provide accurate, professional support for inquiries.
- Update client accounts and complete data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Respond to customer emails and follow up on service-related requests.
- Complete calculations related to benefits and customer account information.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting quality and service standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $48,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- Location: Hamilton, ON, downtown location.
- Training: Full-time in-office training for the first 6 weeks.
- Work arrangement: Remote work following training, with role details also noting a hybrid schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
