Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a background in business development or marketing, particularly in generating leads, following up on prospects, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will bring strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to contribute to the growth of our security services company. Previous experience in the security industry is advantageous but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads.
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to secure business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Attend client meetings and present the company’s security services effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster business loyalty.
- Monitor industry trends to inform sales strategies and business approaches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
- Strong ability to generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the security services industry is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
