Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, Social Strategy for Sea-Doo/Ski-Doo & Lynx, you will support social content coordination of our various online channels (
To excel in this position, you possess outstanding organisational skills, the ability to manage large volumes of content & projects, and have strong visual storytelling abilities.
Monthly you will report on the performance of our social accounts, and unlock industry trends for wider team members.
Dealer social channels are an important part of our Brand’s ecosystem. This role will support the monthly content requirements for Dealer social channels.
Working hand in hand with our internal agency; Asset factory, you will brief & review Dealer social assets, to ensure we have a 360 degree approach to social media for the brand.
To support our Ambassadors you will also work hand in hand with our Global partnership leads to provide education about Social content & online trends.
YOUR KEY RESPONSABILTIES
Source, manage & leverage UGC (User Generated Content) for content needs
Create Master social content brief templates for all content franchises
Educate regions to ensure they understand Master social content brief templates so they are autonomous in content franchise production.
Brief social content needs to partners & ensure it delivers upon requirements through a robust review process.
Create/edit social videos & photographs as needed to meet the social content requirements. Which may include:
Work with our internal Agency; Asset Factory, to brief & review all Brand & Dealer social content
Create/Design Instagram story assets for the Accounts (in-app & off-app)
Contribute to the distribution strategy of social content
Report on Social Performance Monthly
Support the sourcing of Music for the Brand’s music requirements
Be an information source for cutting edge social content to constantly seek out the best production partners & push them towards the excellence we desire.
Establish a content sharing platform for Ambassadors, and onboard them accordingly
Support our Ambassadors with content creation tips & advice
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
In-depth experience of the Social Community landscape
Proficiency in content briefing to third parties
Strong social content vision & knowledge
Highly organised in content cataloging
Intermediate video & photography editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
Proven portfolio of self-produced, curated or briefed social content
Responsive, autonomous, detail oriented and results driven
Proficient in English with basic copy writing skills (French is a bonus!)
Knowledge of Canva is desirable.
Further information about this role:
Social is an always on channel, while our team tries to respect 8.30-5pm, Monday to Friday working hours, there may be some after hour requirements (ie. Live Events, social content responses required to contextual occurrences)
You will also work for the Global HQ team, so there are 2-3 meetings monthly which are after hours to support regional teams.
