Breton Ability Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative person to join our leadership team as the Senior Manager, Resident Supports and Services (RSS). This is an exciting opportunity for an employee to help lead the changes at BAC as we go forward to align with government's transformation plan and the BAC Strategic Plan.

The Position:
The RSS Senior Manager (x2) is a permanent full-time position reporting to the CEO. This role requires a hardworking, innovative individual who is committed to provide leadership and vision for the organization particularly as it relates to residence supports and services. These positions will work closely with the RSS Managers, Coordinators, Behaviour Interventionists and the Learning & Employment Centre. The Senior Manager will also be expected to play an active role in the overall management and operation of the organization by assisting the CEO and other Senior Management team members in setting the strategic directions and goals for the organization and working to ensure the efficient and effective administration of the organization.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent, Master's degree is an asset;
Registered with a professional regulatory board will be consider an asset;
3 years management or supervisory experience will be considered an asset;
Change management skills and the ability to multitask and manage ongoing projects;
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills(verbal, written, computer);
Self-directed and able to take initiative to address issues and concerns as they arise;
Excellent customer service;
Ability to lead a team and actively contribute to multi-disciplinary teams throughout the organization;
Experience in supporting persons with varying abilities (intellectual, mental health, physical) and with complex needs;
Must have an excellent work and attendance record;
Clear criminal record check and valid driver's license.
