Compugen is looking for a Deskside Support Analyst for a 2 - 3month contract starting immediately. This role is onsite.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support responsibilities will include some or all of the following:
- Troubleshooting and incident solving support for workstations, laptops, docking stations, including but not limited to login, passwords, software install, Internet access, application installation, printer set up, multi-function device setup, anti-virus software/virus disinfection

Experience with ServiceNow

Support for office equipment (e.g. printers, MFP’S, projectors and faxes)

Experience with Shipping and receiving
-
Support for Smart Phones/Tablets (e.g. Android, iOS tablet devices etc.)

End User Device re-imaging

Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in IT/Computer Science

1 to 3 years’ experience in providing onsite technical support

Experience with Active Directory

Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Deskside & Office hardware and software

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency of service

Good administration skills and attention to details

Good verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
