Production Mixer. TalentWorld is looking for an experienced
Production Mixer to join our clients production team on both day and afternoon shifts. You'll be right where the action is—mixing ingredients, ensuring quality, and helping bring our products to life. We're looking for someone who shows up ready to work and pays attention to the details.
Production Mixer Responsibilities
- Accurately mix ingredients in large batches according to specific recipes.
- Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the mixing process.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all mixing equipment and your work area.
- Follow all food safety, GMP, and HACCP protocols without exception.
- Assist the team with inventory and meeting daily production targets.
- Report on any equipment or quality issues to your supervisor immediately.
Production Mixer Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in food, beverage, or batch manufacturing (preferred).
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.
- Ability to follow precise recipes and procedures with strong attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must have steel-toe boots.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to safety.
Employment Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- Location: Newmarket, Ontario
- Compensation: $22/hr
