Our team is recruiting for a District Store Manager to join our team. As A District Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing your market and their respective partners. You’ll help your partners fulfill the Gino’s Pizza brand promise with the customers they see every day. You will lead your district operations, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance and team development. Best of all, you will help both corporate office and franchise partners achieve their goals.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Establish and build a trusting relationship with Franchise partner by conducting valuable and purposeful restaurant visits to improve business results
- Ensure that employees are performing effectively, image standards are met, service is fast and friendly and all products are produced properly and quickly
- Develop the franchisees within the district to deliver world class customer experience and service
- Identify problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement for your locations
- Setting goals for the region and carrying out corporate initiatives
- Motivate and support the franchise partners within the district to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organization objectives. Follow up consistently to ensure accountability to plans.
- Develop strategic and operational plans for the franchise partners
- Solicit customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community
- Provide franchisees and staff with coaching, feedback, development opportunities and building effective teams
- Leading all areas of new restaurant openings and assist in ensuring new restaurants reach their business goals
- Liase between franchisee and head office to ensure issues have been identified and communicated
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Establish business goals and financial targets with franchise partner
- Audit and inspect the restaurant to ensure adherence to brand standards
- Develop action plans with franchise partner to improve operational performance
- Conduct performance reviews
