Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional spa treatments and services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for performing various treatments like manicures, pedicures, waxing and facials, educating clients on skincare products.
Wages are based on hourly or commission (starting at 40%), retail sales bonus up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, waxing, pedicures, manicures, etc.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.
- Deliver exceptional guest services to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques to provide the best services possible.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling services and products.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
