St. Joseph's Care Group in Thunder Bay, ON is currently hiring for a temporary part time Physiotherapist to join our team! As a member of the team, you will work closely with the interprofessional team to provide the highest quality rehabilitative care to clients.
Located at Hogarth Riverview Manor (HRM), the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) provides a more appropriate environment for Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (TBRHSC) patients who no longer require the specialized services of an acute care or rehabilitation hospital.
Transitional Care Unit (TCU), which operates on a patient and family-centered foundation that is driven by an assess and restore framework. Our unwavering objective is to amplify personal functionality, rediscover dignity, and fortify independence to restore connection back to home or community supports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Experience working in an inter-professional environment
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and teaching skills
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT
This position shall be conditional upon a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (PVSC) where indicated, to ensure the absence of relevant criminal convictions.

Rehabilitation Professionals Incentive Grant
