What You’ll Do
- Prepare, bake, and finish a wide variety of high-quality pastries, baked goods, and desserts according to our established recipes and standards.
- Manage production schedules to ensure all products are fresh and ready for daily service and catering events.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and minimize waste.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in pastry arts or an equivalent commercial baking environment.
- The Early Bird Advantage: Absolute ability to work early morning shifts, specifically with a 3:00 AM start time. Weekend availability is required.
- Flexibility: A positive attitude toward scheduling flexibility to meet seasonal demands.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and portion control.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation to ensure punctual arrival for the 3:00 AM shift.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.
