Looking for a Broker/Manager to help take a new Brokerage to the next level with expanded areas of operation and strategic growth.
We currently offer Property Management and Sales services in the Peace Region of British Columbia and are looking to expand into Alberta with the right partner.

You must be a Real Estate Managing Broker/Associate Broker licensed in AB & BC for property management and trading. If licensed in one province you must be willing to acquire the additional license through reciprocity. A Strata/Condo Management license would be considered an asset. Ideal candidate will live in the Grande Prairie Alberta Area
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years managing at a Brokerage which has helped them develop a strong background in real estate law for property management and sales, financial management, organizational and communication skills.
Compensation will be based on experience and investment opportunities and share allocations can be discussed
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of our property managers and sales staff in BC and AB. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including all reporting requirements for both provinces. You will be a contributing leader to corporate cost control and the strategic growth plan implementation.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Expert knowledge and experience with Brokerage financial reporting and property management software platforms.
Manage internal and customer relations, including commercial lease negotiations, contract negotiation with clients, contractors and dispute resolution.
Strong knowledge of real estate law and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
