Eterna Light is currently hiring a dependable and experienced Factory Worker / Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. We specialize in the production and assembly of high-quality lighting fixtures and are looking for candidates with experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with laser machines, CNC machines, or press brakes and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting focused on lighting fixture fabrication and assembly.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment including:
- Laser cutting machines
- CNC machines
- Press brakes
- Assist in the fabrication and assembly of lighting fixtures and lighting components
- Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and measurements
- Set up and adjust machinery for production runs
- Inspect finished parts and assembled fixtures to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area
- Follow workplace safety procedures and production guidelines
- Collaborate with the production and assembly team to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating at least one of the following:
- Laser machines
- CNC machines
- Press brakes
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
- Experience in lighting manufacturing or fixture assembly is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to read measurements and technical drawings
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift materials when needed
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
