True Lifestile Design is a custom millwork/cabinet shop in Saskatoon, providing high quality interior millwork to homes and businesses all over Saskatchewan. We are looking for an entry level CNC operator to join our team. This individual should be self-motivated, honest, reliable and a dedicated team player.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of computers
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Understanding or interest in learning basic mathematic formulas
- Experience with construction drawings
- Experience or knowledge of lean manufacturing processes
- Ability to lift 50-75lbs
- Organized, meticulous, and maintains a clean work area
- Takes pride in their work
- Quick learner and able to adapt to fast paced environment
- Excellent work ethic and attitude

- Has a valid class 5 drivers license, and a clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machine to produce precision parts according to blueprints.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for quality control.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Continuously improve skills and knowledge in CNC machining techniques.

We offer: Competitive starting wage – dependent on experience and further reviewed after 6 month probation period.
