Summary
Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis:
- Project Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of disaster recovery projects (water, fire, mold, and storm damage).
- Estimation & Scoping: Assess property damage and generate accurate job estimates
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all on-site operations and rebuilds adhere to industry regulations and WorkSafeBC standards.
- Up todate with the latest restoration techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restoration or related construction fields.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures relevant to restoration projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospitality or property management environments is a plus.
