Summary
Join Maizon Inc. as an event staff member. We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused event staff to join the Nongshim booth during a four-day public event. As a member of our team, you will help create a positive experience for attendees by distributing product samples, engaging with visitors, and promoting booth activities.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working in a fast-paced event environment, and representing a globally recognized food brand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional customer experience.
- Distribute Nongshim ramen samples to event attendees.
- Encourage visitors to participate in booth promotions and social media campaigns.
- Explain promotional activities and answer basic product-related questions.
- Assist with booth setup, organization, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.
- Restock product samples, promotional materials, and supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards when handling food products.
- Work closely with the event coordinator and fellow staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable working in a busy event environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, brand ambassador, or event staffing is an asset but not required.
Preferred
- A food handler certificate is an asset.
- Experience handling food samples is an advantage.
Pay: $20.00/hour
