Overview
We are seeking experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Servers and Bartenders to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoy interacting with guests, and take pride in delivering exceptional service.
Our restaurant offers a unique dining experience featuring Afro-Caribbean fusion cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere. We are looking for team members who are passionate about hospitality and excited to introduce guests to our food, culture, and overall experience.
In addition to providing outstanding guest experiences, successful candidates should be comfortable appearing in promotional videos and social media content for the restaurant. We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, professional, and confident representing our brand both in-person and on camera.
We are currently hiring for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions.
Duties
- Greet guests promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar area, and service stations.
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age when serving alcohol.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
- Restock bar supplies, glassware, garnishes, and other service essentials as needed.
- Address guest concerns and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with promotional activities, including appearing in photos, videos, and social media content when required.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies and procedures.
Skills
- Previous serving or bartending experience is required.
- Valid Serve It Safe certification is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service is considered an asset.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and participating in promotional content.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Availability
- Part-Time and Full-Time positions available.
- Shifts range between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
