Jim Gauthier Kia is growing, and we’re looking to add a motivated, customer-focused Product Advisor to our team. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to delivery
- Conduct vehicle presentations and showcase features, technology, and benefits
- Follow up with leads and customers through phone, email, text, and CRM systems
- Negotiate pricing and help customers find solutions that fit their needs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to achieve dealership goals
- Stay current on Kia products, technology, and training through Kia University
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work in a sales-focused environment and achieve goals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Experience with CRM systems is considered an asset
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered an asset
Requirements:
- Valid Manitoba Driver’s License with a clean driver abstract
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Provincial Sales Permit (or currently possess one)
- Criminal Record Check
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Pay: Starting from $40,000 - $100,000 per year + commission/bonus opportunities
