Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide sales support to 6-8 multi-branded hotels.
- Develop and execute sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals as designated by client and Gillis
- Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
- Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle
- Drive ROI for hotel ownership and create/innovate additional value for each assigned hotel
- Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls, delivering high-level advice and recommendations for each of your designated hotels

- Persuasive communication skills and ability to effectively communicate the value of your work and results to hotel clients
- Must have a spirit of collaboration, be a team player eager to contribute, and still learn from others
- Aptitude for and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment seeking continuous improvement. (It’s a crazy busy job with a lot of fun and laughs thrown in!)
- Located anywhere in Canada or US, requires very little travel
