We currently have an opportunity for a Business Solutions Project Lead on our Business Solutions team, working at our Steinbach, MB location. As a Business Solutions Project Lead, you will act as the technical expert of our ERP, partnering with Business Solutions team, and leaders across the business to identify opportunities, define business requirements, and lead initiatives that improve processes, systems, and organizational performance.

In this role, your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Act as the primary technical expert for our Epicor ERP, its capabilities and functionality
- Partner with business leaders to define business problems, success measures and solutions
- Analyze operation, financial and process data to diagnose root causes and optimal solutions
- Draw out and translate business requirements into clear project plans, mapping current-state to future-state processes
- Lead BST team member in cross-department projects through design, implementation, adoption and continuous improvement
- Support change-management activities including communication, training and adoption
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Education in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis, operations improvement, consulting, CI or related role
- High technical ability to operate and learn ERP software
- Advanced computer skills, proficiency in Excel, and technical programs
- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
- Project management skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to analyze business information, technical data, and research information
- Effective organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Designations of PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or equivalent are considered an asset
