Carlantic Auto Sales is growing fast and we’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Representative who wants real opportunity, strong inventory, and a team that moves with urgency. If you’re hungry, coachable, and love helping customers win, you’ll do well here.
What you’ll do
- Greet customers in-store, online, and by phone—build trust fast and guide them through the buying process
- Qualify leads, book appointments, and follow up consistently (calls/text/email)
- Present vehicles professionally (walkarounds, test drives, feature/benefit selling)
- Work closely with Finance to structure deals and deliver a smooth handoff
- Keep your pipeline organized and update customer notes (CRM)
- Hit monthly activity targets (calls, appointments, showings, sold units)
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience from first message to delivery day
- Support basic dealership operations when needed (clean-ups, lot flow, deliveries)
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills and a competitive drive
- Comfortable on the phone, texting, and working online leads
- Coachable, punctual, and consistent—doesn’t need to be chased
- Sales experience is an asset (auto is a bonus, not required)
- Ability to work Saturdays (dealership schedule)
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional appearance
