We are looking for a driven Bilingual Associate Leader who will lead and support one of our Customer Service teams to improve our business performance.
- Under the direction of the functional leader, your assignment will include responsibility for key projects and/or the management and leadership of a specific segment of a business operation.
- Leads the team, with the yearly objective setting and performance evaluation. You will administer key HR processes with the leader such as: Recruitment, attendance tracking and coaching, training & development.
- You will work with the functional leaders and key stakeholders to set business targets and drive to achieve business results in a cost effective manner.
- You will be expected to challenge the team to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies in our processes, relationships and develop best practices through participative management techniques.
- You will also be responsible for resolving and escalating key customer issues as manager of your sub function.
Main qualifications:
- Must possess a College or University degree, or equivalent in experience, and a minimum of 5 years customer / call center management experience.
- Must be fluently bilingual in French & English
- Must have the ability to professionally express oneself confidently and clearly in conversations and interactions with others (written and oral).
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Superior customer service commitment
- Advanced problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to deal with escalated customers concerns.
