We are seeking a skilled Tandoor Chef to manage our clay oven station. You will handle everything from meat marinations and scratch dough preparation to baking a variety of authentic naans and rotis. Key Responsibilities Tandoor & Naan Mastery: Skewer, season, and perfectly cook tandoori items; prepare dough and bake fresh breads. Prep & Backups: Efficiently manage daily food estimations to ensure proper backup stock is always on hand without waste. Proactive Downtime: Utilize slow periods to stay ahead on kitchen prep and organize inventory. Cleanliness: Maintain top-tier hygiene and food safety standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef. Strong skills in dough making and traditional marinades. Proactive mindset to handle prep efficiently.
Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
