Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Assist in coordinating agent onboarding, training, and compliance • Manage office schedules, meetings, and events
- Maintain records, contracts, and documentation in accordance with regulations • Provide administrative support to brokers and agents, ensuring efficiency
- Lead a team of support staff, fostering a collaborative office environment
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices, contracts, and regulations
- Proficiency in office management software and real estate databases
- Ability to lead and support a growing team of professionals
