The Role
We cross-train our staff so you can grow in all areas of the restaurant. From the kitchen to the floor, we believe in teamwork, learning, and positive energy.
As a Cook & Prep team member, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining food quality to RE:GRUB standards
- Managing weekly prep & keeping areas stocked and clean
- Following daily checklists, monitoring inventory, and reporting shortages
- Providing an excellent customer experience through speed, quality & energy
- Supporting sales through upselling & encouraging repeat guests
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness & food safety
- Reporting any equipment or maintenance issues
- Handling customer concerns with professionalism and positivity
