Global Talent Partners is working with a well-established, independantly owned, small animal practice in Airdrie, Alberta, that is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and collaborative clinical team.
This opportunity is best suited to a veterinarian with solid general practice experience who is confident in both medical case management and routine to intermediate soft tissue surgery. The role offers the chance to work within a busy, well-supported clinic where clinicians are trusted to work independently while still having strong team support when needed.

The Role
- Provide full small animal general practice veterinary care
- Independently perform routine and intermediate soft tissue surgery
- Manage dental procedures and dental surgery cases
- Deliver clear, compassionate client communication
- Work closely with a supportive veterinary and RVT team
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment
Requirements
- DVM degree with eligibility for licensure in Alberta
- 2 to 5 years' experience in small animal general practice preferred
- Strong surgical and dental capability
- Confident clinical decision-making and case management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Team-oriented and professional approach
