The Customer Service Representative, reporting directly to the Manager, Client Partnerships, will be responsible for providing service excellence to our Personal Plan Administration (PPA), department clients. Daily contact with both plan sponsors as well as their plan members will include the following;
What you will do:

Enrolment of new plan members and ongoing maintenance of member eligibility

Answer correspondence related to the administration of the plan(s)

Establish a professional relationship between the client and the carrier
-
Complete employer statement for disability claims, follow up on status of claim with carrier and audit waiver updates

Answer client and member inquiries over the phone and via e-mail
-
Prepare and distribute welcome packages

Review and load HRIS feeds and audit for any research data discrepancies
-
Prepare and/or audit coverage information on monthly billing statements
-
Summarize billing information for the client payroll and finance departments as required
What you will bring:

Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written is an asset;

Experience in administration and/or in the group insurance industry;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Reliable and detail-oriented;

Ability to work in a team as well as independently;
