Bayshore Canada Ventures ULC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Property Manager to oversee operations, leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance for our mixed-use and multifamily properties in Vancouver, British Columbia, including our flagship development at 1247 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties
- Oversee leasing activities, tenant retention, renewals, and occupancy growth
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital projects, and vendor management
- Ensure compliance with all BC tenancy laws, municipal regulations, and safety requirements
- Prepare operating budgets and monitor expenses
- Manage rent collections, arrears, and tenant communications
- Supervise on-site staff, contractors, and service providers
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventative maintenance programs
- Assist ownership with strategic planning and asset management initiatives
- Provide monthly operational and financial reports to ownership
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and unit turnover activities
- Support marketing efforts and leasing campaigns to maximize occupancy
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Experience managing multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial properties preferred
- Strong understanding of BC Residential Tenancy Act and property operations
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
