As a Practice Coordinator with VCH you will:
Work in collaboration with MPAP and OASIS Vancouver patient services manager and director and the VCH physical therapy practice leadership and support team.
Lead and coordinate the professional practice for the physical therapy services for MPAP Vancouver, Victoria, Cranbrook and Penticton, and OASIS Vancouver to achieve excellence in client-centered care, education and research, and supervise physical therapists and support personnel.
Perform duties such as:
participating in the planning and coordination of physical therapy services across all sites of the MPAP, and OASIS Vancouver
setting priorities, goals and objectives,
participating in performance evaluation and staff selection,
facilitating staffing and scheduling activities,
assessing and facilitating ongoing clinical competency development of clinical staff,
and assisting and coordinating quality improvement initiatives in the designated area.

Education & Experience
Degree in Physiotherapy, supplemented with a Masters in rehabilitation sciences, or health related leadership, plus a minimum of five (5) years' recent, related experience in a similar care setting, including two (2) years' supervisory and leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of BC (CPTBC). Suggested membership in the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC) and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
