Junior Account Executive
Position Title: Junior Account Executive, FF&E
Reports To: Account Executive, FF&E
Overview:
The Junior Account Executive supports the sales team by assisting with client relationship management, business development activities, and the sales pipeline. Working closely under the guidance of an Account Executive, this role provides hands-on experience in the FF&E industry and serves as a foundation for growth into a full Account Executive position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Executives in managing client relationships and supporting new business development efforts.
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and tailored solutions for clients.
- Help manage inbound inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and maintain communication with existing clients.
- Assist in overseeing the sales pipeline, tracking progress from lead generation through to closing.
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records, update client information, and assist in preparing sales reports.
- Collaborate with Sales Support Specialists to assist in proposal development and documentation.
- Attend industry events alongside senior team members to build industry knowledge and professional presence.
- Assist with executing client relationship strategies as directed by the Account Executive.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company in all client and internal interactions.
Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or related role; FF&E industry experience is a plus.
- Foundational understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative sales environment.
- Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
