Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead Bright Eye Brewing. This pivotal role is based in Kamloops and involves overseeing daily operations, driving growth, and ensuring our commitment to quality and community values are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of brewery operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and enhance community engagement.
- Oversee sales, marketing, and business development initiatives.
- Manage staff, providing leadership, supervision, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the brewing team to maintain high product standards.
- Drive process improvements to optimize operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive company culture aligned with our core values of quality, community, and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general management or leadership roles within the beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong skills in sales, business development, and project management.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
- Ability to implement process improvements effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of brewing industry standards is a plus but not mandatory.
- A passion for craft brewing and community involvement is highly valued.
