These positions are ideal for individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service while supporting event operations in a fast-paced environment.
What to be excited for in this role:

Deliver friendly and efficient guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and ensuring order accuracy.

Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol service regulations when selling alcoholic beverages.

Maintain knowledge of menu items, pricing, promotions, and venue policies to assist guests and provide recommendations.

Safely handle, transport, and restock food, beverages, and supplies while maintaining clean, organized concession areas.

Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and ensure concession stands remain fully stocked during events.

Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, work areas, and storage spaces while following food safety and sanitation standards.

Complete sales records, and inventory checks at the end of shifts.

Address guest questions and concerns professionally while supporting smooth service during high-volume events.

Assist with event setup, teardown, and cleanup as required.

Work collaboratively with hospitality teams while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
What we need from you:

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.

Basic mathematical skills for inventory counts, and end-of-shift reconciliations.

Comfortable operating POS and handheld payment devices accurately.

Ability to thrive in a busy entertainment environment while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering outstanding guest service.

Ability to stand, walk and remain mobile for extended periods during shifts.
-
Ability to frequently bend, lift, carry, and move supplies weighing up to 10 pounds.

Current Smart Choices Certification or willingness to obtain.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended or irregular shifts based on event schedules.
