Position will start as contract but has possibility to go full-time.
The Total Rewards Analyst supports the development, implementation, and administration of the company’s total rewards programs, and provides specialized total rewards expertise. Works closely with HR colleagues, external vendors, and business leaders to ensure that total rewards programs are competitive, effective, and aligned with the company’s compensation philosophy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to benchmark compensation against industry standards.
- Analyze key perspectives (employee, external labor market, cost, and workforce requirements).
- Evaluate and recommend changes to compensation and benefits plans to ensure cost effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Timely and accurate administration of the company’s compensation, benefits programs, retirement programs and compensation processes.
- Conduct data audits and analyses to identify discrepancies and coordinate with all relevant parties to make corrections
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to total rewards programs.
- Support communication and education programs related to total rewards.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and leaders on compensation and benefits-related matters to ensure that programs are delivered effectively and efficiently.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- 1 to 3 years experience in a total rewards role
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, other analytical-related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as HR, payroll, and functional leadership to ensure program alignment and understanding.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth implementation of total rewards initiatives.
- Work with third-party providers to manage the relationship.
- Provide support to management and HR on compensation matters.
- Provide specialized knowledge to stakeholders that supports decision-making for the company’s total reward positioning in the market.
- Organize data in a way that allows policy decision makers to easily understand compensation data.
- Prepare reports on compensation trends and best practices.
