Keep'n It Clean is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our residential cleaning team. We have both part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Whether you have professional cleaning experience or are new to the industry, we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
About the Role
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will help maintain clean, healthy, and welcoming homes for our clients throughout the Halton, Hamilton, and Peel regions. You will work independently and as part of a team while following established cleaning procedures and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services in client homes
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize various areas of the home
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living spaces
- Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Travel between client locations as scheduled
- Deliver a high standard of service and attention to detail

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movement throughout the workday

Compensation
Starting at $20.00 per hour
Pay: $400.00 – $600.00 per week + tips
