Summary
We are seeking a Full time Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations at our busy locations, contributing to our mission of providing delicious meals and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist in inventory management and merchandising as needed.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or cashier roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for food service.
