Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cashier to join our team. This role involves serving our customers by taking orders over the phone or in person, preforming a variety of functions on our POS system, taking payment, handing out orders, and cutting, boxing, and organizing pizza orders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in customer service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are prioritized.
Duties
- Take orders over the phone and in person using our POS system
- Take payment and hand out orders to customers and courriers
- Cut and box pizzas coming out of the oven
- Labelling and grouping order items in an organized fashion to maintain order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Stocking product in the front of house area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred but not required
- Ability to work on your feet for up to 8 hours
- Strong english communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols diligently
This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction through efficient food preparation, organization, knowledge of POS/menu, and friendly rapport with customers.
No experience required. Training will be provided. Shifts will be mostly evenings and weekends. Must be available Fridays and Saturdays.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
