Completes purchase, sale and refinance (including private mortgages) transactions from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Communicates directly with clients, financial institutions, governmental bodies and other law firms in a professional manner.
Completes title searches.
Drafts all client correspondence/documents and requisition letters with precision.
Orders title insurance policies.
Prepares documents for registration in Teraview (transfers, mortgages and various applications).
Experience/Skills:
Professional experience working in a real estate practice.
Well versed in real estate related software (Unity, Teraview, PCLaw, etc.).
Takes initiative and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Superior organizational skills with specific attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Outstanding client-relation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
