Raise is currently hiring a Training Systems (Learning) Analyst on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
The Training Systems (Learning) Analyst in this role will report to the Team Lead, Training Services & Systems – this role will be part of a team of technical administrators supporting our Learning Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have proven efficiency in learning and quickly developing technical system skills and the proven ability to think innovatively, problem-solve, and communicate effectively. This role will be responsible for reporting and operational support of the enterprise learning ecosystem, primarily Workday Learning, SuccessFactors and their related reporting solutions. This role maintains learning reporting accuracy, supports learning stakeholder roles, manages recurring compliance/audit reporting, supports service requests and troubleshoots dashboards and data issues through established service channels.
Responsibilities
- Learning reporting, dashboard operations & analytics:

Run, maintain, and troubleshoot learning reports and downstream reporting; respond to ad-hoc reporting requests, in alignment with privacy and security expectations.

Own monthly refresh/publish cycles for learning dashboards.

Monitor refresh failures and restore schedules; manage access/sharing and documentation.

Execute recurring compliance reporting processes and coordinate required data extracts and requests through the appropriate intake process.

Perform recurring checks and work with business partners to remediate data/process gaps.

Operational support & ticket management:

Provide day-to-day support for learning reporting issues, access questions, and process guidance; escalate/report issues to owners when changes are required.

Provide operational support to inquiries in the learning services ticketing queue, including triage, resolution, and escalation of tickets in accordance with defined service standards.

Manage access to and basic upkeep of shared mailboxes used for learning operations

Learning Management System administration & governance support:
-
Maintain access and support for support roles in the learning management system, including onboarding, changes, and periodic review activities.

Communicate changes, reminders, and process updates through established channels

Maintain job aids/knowledge articles, internal procedures and contribute to process improvements/automation opportunities.
Qualifications
-
6 years of experience administering and supporting an LMS (Workday Learning preferred) including role-based security and user support.

Strong reporting and data analysis skills; ability to interpret learning data (e.g. Microsoft Excel), investigate anomalies, and explain results to business stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Power BI operations (refresh, publish, access management, troubleshooting) and working with multiple data sources.

Strong organizational skills to manage recurring operational cadence and competing ad-hoc requests; strong adaptability to shift workload and priories as operationally required.

Working knowledge of ticketing/intake processes (e.g., ServiceNow) and ability to document issues clearly for escalation.

Experience supporting audits.

Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to develop job aids/process documentation and deliver training/knowledge transfer.

Sound judgment handling sensitive information; understanding of privacy expectations.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with SuccessFactors reporting/extracts and/or integrating learning data across platforms.

Exposure to automation tools and continuous improvement methods to streamline reporting processes.

Familiarity with HR/learning data models and enterprise compliance reporting practices.

Experience with SharePoint/Teams site administration and operational knowledge management.

Education and Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related experience/certification
