We're looking for energetic, outgoing team members to represent Yo-Yo Cookies® at the Port of Charlottetown and Founders' Food Hall. This is a customer-facing sales role where your personality, energy, and ability to engage customers directly contribute to your success. Applicants must be available to start immediately.
What You'll Do
- Engage with locals, visitors, and cruise ship passengers
- Create memorable customer experiences
- Drive sales through product recommendations and upselling
- Share the Yo-Yo Cookies® story and brand with customers
- Work independently during many shifts

Important Information
- We operate 7 days per week
- Shifts are based on cruise ship schedules and retail demand
- Hours may range from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with most shifts being approximately 5 hours
- No minimum hours are guaranteed
- Many shifts are worked independently
- This role begins as a seasonal position through October. We regularly retain high-performing team members for year-round opportunities within the business.
- Students are welcome; however, preference will be given to applicants who can commit through October.
Non-Negotiables
- Must be comfortable approaching customers and selling products
- Personal phone use is not permitted while serving customers
- Must keep Indeed notifications turned on during the hiring process and respond promptly to communications
