As Director, Marketing & Sales Support, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive qualified leads into the Sales organization. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns for Canadian and U.S. markets that will lead to new customer acquisition and business growth with existing customers.

Develop and execute a marketing strategy to support pipeline and revenue goals
Execute marketing campaigns focused on inbound and outbound lead generation
Develop marketing content and campaigns, including webinars, brochures, telemarketing, articles, and case studies, website content and conference participation
Enhance brand recognition and awareness through various marketing tactics including but not limited to print, web, and social media
Manage communications and public relations including Rodan’s social media presence
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to develop solutions and offerings
Manage proposal writing and other sales support activities, including inside sales and channel partners
Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to optimize marketing and lead generation efforts
Maximize the return on investments in tradeshows and client events
Develop, track and report on all sales and marketing performance metrics including campaign effectiveness and ROI
Develop and manage marketing budget
Manage a small team of internal staff and consultants
Skills and Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
10+ years’ experience in marketing and sales support
Demonstrated success developing and executing effective marketing, media, and lead generation programs
Knowledge of the energy industry and business development experience an asset
Expert in the use of Salesforce CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and Word Press
Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), business and budgeting skills
Developing and managing channel partners
Entrepreneurial, inquisitive, ethical, self-starter
