Purpose of Position:
Under the guidance of the Senior Management Team, the consultant will:
· Assist in managing Human Resources duties

Major Responsibilities:
· Assist with HR filing and maintaining employee records.
· Support the WSIB Excellence Program by tracking and organizing related documents.
· Collaborate on the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects as needed.
· Assist in other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources program or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Basic understanding of HR practices and employment legislation is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an HR role or internship is a plus.
· Familiarity with the WSIB Excellence Program or similar compliance programs is beneficial.
Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position, requiring 20-24 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible to accommodate the candidate’s academic commitments, if applicable.
Location:
On-site, 1645 Sydenham Road.
