- Clean and maintain condominium common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwell and amenity rooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust floors and surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and high-touch surfaces.
- Empty garbage and recycling containers and replace liners.
- Maintain cleanliness of entrances, glass doors, and windows (interior).
- Restock washroom and janitorial supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management.
- Operate standard janitorial equipment, including vacuum cleaners.
- Follow company health and safety policies, WHMIS procedures, and proper chemical handling practices.
- Provide courteous and professional service to residents and visitors.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
