Job Overview:
Responsible for partnering across Give and Go and supporting the planning, design, development, curation and delivery of employee, leader and supervisor capability development and training that meets business KPIs, including health and safety, compliance, and audit requirements. This role also supports the planning, coordinator and delivery of Talent Management and Engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Standardizing data formats between the 3 ERPs for SAP Migration.
- Identify and rectify errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in our master data.
- Prepare and/or update Data dictionary, Standard operating procedures and other documentation needed to support cleansing and maintaining data.
The Recipe for Success:
- Completion of bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- Experience in Master Data Management, Data quality or Data Governance
- Understanding of data quality standards and methodology to clean and maintain data.
- Strong proficiency with Excel; additional tool expertise such as SQL, PowerBI is a bonus
- Detail oriented, incredibly organized and process driven
- Communicate effectively and timely with Team and Stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information according to the set standards (SOC2)
