We have openings for a permanent full time Journeyman Retrofit HVAC Installer
Your primary responsibilities will be:
· Installation and start-up of furnaces, unit heaters and other types of gas fired equipment
· Installation and start-up of air conditioning systems
· Installation of hot water tanks, and on-demand tankless water heaters
· Gas fitting
· Sheet metal skills
· Ductwork
· Ensure customer orientation of equipment and issues are addressed upon completion of installation
We are seeking individuals who:
· Are mature, reliable, and well organized – you can work well independently and as a part of a team
· Have the ability to succeed work in a fast-paced environment, have strong decision-making skills and are committed to job quality
· Has excellent customer service skills and strong communication
· Has a clean and valid driver’s license
· Is dependable and punctual, and has a mechanical aptitude.
· Maintains a high safety standard and follows quality control procedures
· Be able to lift 50 lbs
· Ability to learn and use computers and trade specific programs
· Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently with customers
· Ability to communicate effectively with office staff
· Ability to adhere to company standards for maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and collection of payment.
· Providing emergency repairs promptly as assigned
· Ability to lift and push, pull or carry heavy objects. You must be able to climb ladders and work in small spaces.
· Maintain stock in company vehicle and keep inventory well stocked.

Salary: $33.00-$40.00 per hour
