Health Care Aide (HCA) | 30 hrs week - Cochrane

We're looking for caring, dependable Health Care Aides who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive team that values both clients and caregivers.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Support clients with mobility, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Complete accurate documentation in AlayaCare
- Work collaboratively with our nursing and office team to provide exceptional care
What We're Looking For
- Health Care Aide Certificate
- Alberta HCA Directory registration (or eligible)
- Home care experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, professional, and reliable
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid/CPR and clear Criminal Record Check

Experience:

- Driving Licence & Own Vehicle (preferred)
